1992. Phillip Dhlamini of Swaziland briefly reports about progress being made by the Swaziland National Association of the Disabled. The organization was officially registered as an organization of disabled people in 1991. Drafted legislation is given pertaining to accessibility, human rights, equal opportunities, and Independent Living.
