1997. Universal Design Planning and Design for All.
This report attempts to develop and illustrate the concept of universal design, which opposes, ideologically and politically, all unnecessary and stigmatizing specialized solutions. The principles and definitions of universal design were developed by The Center for Universal Design, USA. The Norwegian State Council on Disability.
